Scope of Practice
What Kaalbert is
Kaalbert & Company Ltd is a business advisory and consulting firm. It advises, analyses, structures, prepares, designs, trains and supports implementation — helping a client understand their position, decide what to do, build the systems to do it, and produce the documents they need to act. Everything the firm does is done for the client and remains the client's own act: the firm prepares, the client adopts, approves and files.
What Kaalbert is not
The firm holds no practising licence of any kind. Where a partner holds an individual professional qualification, that qualification is personal to them and does not extend to the firm — the firm does not lend it to work it is not licensed to perform.

The firm also does not act as company secretary, does not certify or attest documents, and does not hold client funds in any account under its control.
Where the firm refers you on
Where an engagement needs licensed audit, tax representation, legal advice, or investment advice, the firm says so plainly and connects you to a licensed practitioner it trusts. The firm works alongside that practitioner; it does not replace them.
